President of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) and Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, on Saturday in Dakhla called on the Front's executives to "engage quality reforms for strengthening the institutional building."



Dakhla (refugee camps), July 10, 2016 (SPS) - President of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) and Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, on Saturday in Dakhla called on the Front's executives to "engage quality reforms for strengthening the institutional building."
"We are called to make a quality leap in terms of consolidation of political organizational building so that all national components are present on the ground and that all the forces can meet the challenges currently facing the Saharawi cause," Ghali said in his address after the extraordinary congress of the Polisario Front.
He insisted on "continuing efforts towards strengthening and rejuvenation of the Sahrawi liberation army through the diversification of training, so that our army can cope with all challenges, including armed struggle."
Moreover, Sahrawi president insisted the continuation of Intifadha (uprising) for independence as essential factor, where everyone is urged to provide support by all means. (SPS)
