The National Union of Sahrawi women in the Basque country in solidarity with the father of the resistance against the Moroccan occupation of Western Sahara

. The Sahrawi women and members of the Sahrawi Diaspora in Euskadi manifest its revulsion at the continuing violations of human rights and the repressive practices that are exerted against Deida Yazid and his family who are being assaulted and intimacies because of claim their rights as citizens.




The demonstration of support and solidarity with the father Deida Yazid took place on Monday, September 4 at the plaza Moyúa in Bilbao against the Government delegation and culminated at the Consulate of Morocco in the Bilbao City where recurred protest slogans respect for self-determination as well as the demand for the immediate release of all Saharawi political prisoners in reading the communiqué of the UNMS read in languages Arabic, Spanish and Basque.




At the end of the Act and through a direct message the father Deida Yazid thanked protestors their signs of support and solidarity.

The Association of friends of the Saharawi people in Madrid offers all an excellent exhibition of photographs and Saharan handicraft objects that show the social and political reality of the Saharan people in struggle.

 The exhibition, that I had the honor of opening yesterday, day 1 of September 2017 in Javier, circle we can Vallecas & Elvira González company President REDMAMSA and Elia Alejandra Véjar member of this women's organization, REDMAMSA, will be in the Center Cultural Lope de Vega in Madrid until October 7 and will be a space for discussions, lectures on Western Sahara theme, in addition to yoga classes.
