The National Union of Sahrawi Women (UNMS) is involved in raising awareness of children about the dangers involved violence and the consumption of narcotic substances.
The campaign takes place in all schools in the various Wilayas in the refugee camps and in involving the Department of health and family, whose head, Aichetu Burki, in collaboration with Tichla Bachir, regional manager of the UNMS in the Wilaya of el Aaiun, works in coordination with other actors in the Ministry of education and the Union of young Sahrawis to bring this campaign to raise awareness to all schools, as well as the Sahrawi families in the different Dairas and Municipalities.
It should be noted that in recent years, this scourge has been introduced in the region of North Africa as a result of activities that develop the mafias that introduce it through the Moroccan wall of shame and the border with Algeria.
