Opportunity to undertake a new round for dialogue in the first quarter of 2019.

After two sessions at the table of dialogue in Geneva sponsored by the UN, between Morocco and the Frente Polisario, with Mauritania and Algeria as observers, it declared by parties as an opportunity to undertake a new round for  dialogue in the first quarter of 2019.
